He has been developing his passion for cooking for a lot of years. He is fascinated with Italian and European cuisine. He has gained his professional experience at the sister restaurants within the group, among others Boscaiola and La Grande Mamma, and also at Enoteka Pergamin. The job as a chef gives him tremendous satisfaction and opportunities for development. He thinks that cooking is a kind of art, and the cook profession implies great responsibility and so a real success can only be achieved through maximum involvement and wholehearted dedication. In his spare moments, he travels learning new tastes; he is also keen on reading culinary books, which continually inspire him and help him in creating new dishes. He loves experimenting in the kitchen and is glad to share his passion with his family, friends and work colleagues.
