Robert Koczwara

He has been involved with gastronomy since 1995. He specialises in Italian cuisine; has participated in numerous internships and trainings in Italy, inter alia in Piemonte and Tuscany. He has been co-developing his first sister restaurant Trattoria Mamma Mia since it was opened in 2006. In subsequent years he was responsible for training chefs for new restaurants in the group: Bianca, Boscaiola, La Grande Mamma and The Spaghetti. Asked about his definition of the ideal chef, he indicates diligence, reliability and commitment. In his private life, he is a lover of travelling, endlessly devoted to his children with whom he loves to spend his spare time.

Konrad Rutkowski

He has been developing his passion for cooking for a lot of years. He is fascinated with Italian and European cuisine. He has gained his professional experience at the sister restaurants within the group, among others Boscaiola and La Grande Mamma, and also at Enoteka Pergamin. The job as a chef gives him tremendous satisfaction and opportunities for development. He thinks that cooking is a kind of art, and the cook profession implies great responsibility and so a real success can only be achieved through maximum involvement and wholehearted dedication. In his spare moments, he travels learning new tastes; he is also keen on reading culinary books, which continually inspire him and help him in creating new dishes. He loves experimenting in the kitchen and is glad to share his passion with his family, friends and work colleagues.

Tomasz Rogoda

He has gained his experience at well-known Krakow restaurants, among others at Scandale Royal, Hotel Lenart and Baroque Restaurant. He is particularly interested in the Mediterranean cuisine. In his spare moments he develops his culinary passion and travels.

Paweł Rzadkosz

Born and bred highlander, his andventure with gastronomy began as a teenager. His culinary passion interlates with car racing. Devotee of Italian cars and cuisine. Proud father.

Mariusz Paliwoda

He has been involved with gastronomy for over ten years. A lover of harsh rock sounds. Optimist. A cook, IT specialist, photographer and computer player – for the love of it. Never turns down a good book. A frequenter of local fitness clubs, continually seeking time for squash and relaxation. His dream is to buy a flat of his own in Krakow and in Italy.
